The Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY, as the name suggests, is a phone that has dedicated itself to quality gaming. The Xperia PLAY is a touchscreen phone with a slider that opens up PSP like gaming controls. This phone comes loaded with Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system and has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1 GHz processor. The Xperia PLAY from Sony Ericsson has 512 MB RAM built in to the phone.The Xperia PLAY has a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. The Ericsson Xperia PLAY has a 5.1 megapixel camera that can take pictures with a maximum resolution of 2592 ? 1944 pixels.

The phone also has a 0.3 megapixel secondary camera that enables you to video chat and works well for self-portraits. The camera has an image stabilization feature in addition to an autofocus and a LED flash that give you the platform to take good pictures. The Xperia PLAY from Sony Ericsson is designed keeping your gaming needs in mind. The top of the phone has a standard lock and switch off button. On the left side of the phone is a 3.5 mm audio jack and on the right side of the phone is a volume rocker to control your volume during calls.
